Saturday Morning River Walk

DSC_5102

A beautiful, warm morning for a walk around the Avon on Saturday. I spotted a pair of Bufflehead ducks and this solitary Ring-necked Duck in addition to the resident Mallards and geese. Evidently it’s common for Ring-necked ducks to drop by smaller bodies of water during their migration. And the ducks weren’t the only ones enjoying the water.
